I hardly ever wear makeup but when I do it looks exactly like a dog.

Ok seriously. I wore my new top that I got from my friend Kelly's consignment shop, Blue Bonnet. I paired it with my normal work pants and my cute ankle flats. I got so many compliments on that shirt! But I think the spotted dog snapchat filter is what really brings the whole outfit together. It's a perfect match. I really want to wear a pencil skirt with this top but I don't have one. And I'd buy one except I'm trying not to spend any money I don't have to right now. Frugal Fido here!
