I highly recommend keeping a list in your notes app. of all the compliments you receive in a year. Not to be dramatic but these bring me such joy I could cry. I started this last year and continued with it in 2025. As someone with depression and anxiety I have a lot of bad days so being able to open this list for a pick-me-up was truly significant.
