I've been MIA this past week blog-wise for a few reasons - I'm going through some health issues, family stuff, house stuff, been busy video editing, and I just haven't really been in the mood. So there you go.
I love how simple this outfit is but it still looks very put together. My friend Nicole (Ohio) sent me a bunch of her old shirts for me to use for my sewing projects. I've used quite a few of them already. Remember that jean shirt that I turned into a pillow? Yeah, that was hers. Well, in that package was this black top. The material is a little thinner than I like to sew with so I figured I'd try it on because it was cute. It fits like a glove and now this new-to-me shirt is one of my faves. And for the record these shoes are the only piece of animal print I own. I'm not an animal print girl but I like a touch and I feel like these shoes are just enough.
